This page explains what Sunset Boulevard Web Design collects through this website and what happens to it. The short version: only what you choose to send us, used only to reply to you.
What we collect
When you use the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your business name, phone number, current website, the services you’re interested in, and your message.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, work with you on your project. We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email service provider, and the site is served by a hosting provider. They process the information only to provide those services to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they’re useful for the conversation or project, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us at any time by emailing john@sunsetboulevardwebdesign.com.
